Why do I need to make an account?

You need to make an account to access the Message Room. This keeps your messages secure – only you can see your messages when you log in.

Will you see my name or email address?

No, we will not see your name or email address, unless you choose to give them to us.

When you make an account, you will need to enter an email address. This is only so that you can log in next time and be notified of new messages. We will not be able to see your email address when you sign up or send messages.

What happens after I log in?

Once you are logged in, you can start sending direct, private messages to someone at My Blue Sky. You will be messaging a real person from our team of lawyers.

What happens after I send a message?

After you hit ‘send’, we will be notified about your message. Someone at My Blue Sky will read your message and reply as soon as possible.

You do not have to stay logged in. When we reply, you will get an email notification (make sure to check your email's junk folder). To read our reply and send more messages, please log in again.

How long will I wait for a response?

We will respond within 24-48 hours on Mondays to Fridays. If you need an urgent reply from us, please call (02) 9514 8115.

In an emergency or if someone is in danger, please call Triple Zero (000).

What if I forget my password?

To keep your messages safe, we do not allow passwords to be reset. If you forget your password, you can always make a new account. When choosing your password, please make sure it is easy to remember or write it down in a safe place.
